Saito FA-82B Four Stroke glow engine

An outstanding 4-stroke single. Generally considered equivalent to a .60 2-stroke but in my experience has better power. Easy starting and tuning, plenty of support. Great for 60-sized models, excellent power and very light for this type and size. FA-82B has best power-to-weight in its class and particularly good throttle response. Great sound, low noise output. Lighter, better quality and much stronger than the Magnum or ASP 91 4-stroke despite the smaller capacity. Much lighter cheaper and more powerful than OS 70 or even 81 Alpha 4-strokes. Obvious when you fly it. If tuned and broken in by the manual it is easy to use and has strong torque to pull away from almost any RPM, don't have to peak it and responds quickly. Fun to fly. Quality engineering and mfg'ing, very durable. Not a single problem in 2.5 years since new, my other Saito single is >20 years old and still runs great. Avoids the weight and unreliability of spark ignition and wiring, price per flight in glow fuel is actually OK. Petrol's cheap but it takes a LONG time to make back the difference in price. Don't write off glow yet, higher specific power of methanol/nitro allows high compression ratios for great performance. Parts are no problem. Yes Chinese brands make cheaper 4-strokes of similar size but not of this quality or performance. Couldn't be happier and if it wasn't like that I'd say so. I've used engines that were a pain, this one's a pleasure. Excellent.
